Summary: Provides application support and development of JD Edwards Enterprise Resource Planning system. Essential Functions: ? Performs CNC (Configurable Network Computing) activities as below: o Provides on-call production support. o Monitors the system and debugs issues. o Installs and configures web servers. o Installs and configures application servers & deployment servers. o Performs SQL activities. o Maintains JDE user security, user profiles, tasks and views. o Performs workflow maintenance. o Performs package builds & deployment. o Provides application security: row, column, application, processing option security, batch application and posting security. o Creates and maintains additional job queues. o Installs electronic software upgrades & application software upgrades. o Supports installation of OneWorld FAT clients. ? Performs user requirement studies, design, analysis, development of technical specifications, custom reports, custom applications, programming, implementations, integration, documentation, testing, training, and post-production support. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: ? Computer Knowledge (Microsoft Office Products) ? Good organizational skills ? Good problem solving and analytical skills ? Ability to work independently and within a team ? Ability to assess and evaluate internal processes for improvement opportunities ? Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills ? Ability to abide by Molina?s policies ? Ability to maintain attendance to support required quality and quantity of work ? Maintain confidentiality and comply with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) ? Ability to establish and maintain positive and effective work relationships with coworkers, clients, members, providers and customers Required Education: Bachelor?s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience Required Experience: 5+ years progressive experience in Information Systems with an understanding of Enterprise Resource Planning systems and knowledge of Integrated business and System processes. JD Edwards OneWorld 8.12, E9, SQL Server, Oracle DB, Web Logic applications. JD Edwards Z - Process knowledge.
