Serve as a technical/consultative resource of application CS programs, hands-on troubleshooting of application support issues Analyze individual escalation issues from Tier 1, root cause analysis activities in area of expertise Collaborate with contact center operation lead to improve Tier 1 quality accuracy Provide feedback to Tier 1 and contact center leads/trainers/QA to set up action plan both individual agent level and team level issues Skills: Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage ones time. Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and Excel; Enterprise Application experience a plus.
