Our team supports the sustained compliance of the company with requirements for the protection and availability of its systems and information assets. We assess and help to mitigate risk to our systems and information, and we work to ensure that proper internal controls exist and are functioning as intended across our various global business functions. About the Role In the role of Information Security Compliance Specialist, you will inventory and map critical applications, data flows and infrastructure dependencies. You will help to evaluate technology in terms of business requirements, and you will help to build resilience into the delivery of service to our customers, our global workforce and other stakeholders. Your analysis and assessment may identify potential vulnerabilities, help to resolve business requirements, escalate matters requiring management attention, and oversee timely and effective remediation of vulnerabilities in the security and availability of our company information. Key Responsibilities Working with business and technology stakeholders, key responsibilities of the role include: For a prioritized inventory of critical business processes, map data flows and security controls across critical applications and internal dependencies, from point of entry through to destruction, including third party processes. As part of data mapping, link identified applications to required supporting co-requisite and pre-requisite applications and infrastructure. Evaluate common dependencies and consider elevated requirements for data sources that touch many applications and processes through dependencies (such as shared data recovery (tape/storage) resources). Use the inventory and data mapping to identify and evaluate gaps between business requirements for the availability and protection of high value data and technology capabilities. Work with resource owners to plan and test any remediation of security and recovery capabilities executed at primary data centers and/or alternate sites, with priority given to critical revenue impacting processes. Support the annual review of recovery solutions and strategies to determine if they are within the acceptable RTO and RPO ranges and take corrective actions to adjust, if those solutions fall outside the acceptable ranges. Help to coordinate business recovery exercises to ensure data synchronization and application interoperability. Due to the criticality of key data, customer services, and business partner access, coordinate with customer service and key business partners to exercise the recovery of lost data. Exercises should include the feasibility not only of restoring large numbers of transactions or customer requests, but also how to reconcile status in WSIs system to ensure the recovered data and status are processed correctly. REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS Requirements/ Qualifications: * BA/BS or equivalent experience * 7+ years experience working in information security / disaster recovery / business continuity roles * Experience working with, and ideally writing, information security policies and standards and/or developing or implementing security-related tools * Understand information security holistically and how it relates to business goals * Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communications skills with proven ability to champion causes with positive impact and change * Ability to design, implement, reengineer and manage   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
