Responsibilities: This role will be responsible for coordination and facilitation of internal review sessions related to this project, including meetings with prospective users of the new CRM system to learn about their requirements, as well as with the current users of CRM systems in other groups, to learn about their best practices and implementation experiences. This consultant will work with internal stakeholders (future users of the CRM) to identify and document their requirements. The role will draft an RFP based on business needs and co-ordinate the RFP process with the two key vendors identified for selection. This consultant will complete the RFP and selection process in time for our clients 2013 budgeting cycle coming up end of Q3 of 2012. Required Skills: Experience with CRM system evaluation and selection. Experience with Salesforce.com, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, or other similar CRM systems is preferred. Experience with CRM system implementation is a plus. Ability to effectively manage and lead cross functional project sessions. Self-starter with the ability to take ownership and make sense out of ambiguity. Detailed and organized with a track record of consistently executing a plan and meeting deliverables.
