Agile Certifications SDLC Developer (Jobs in SF, CA)   Requirement id 69851 Job title Developer Job location in SF, CA Skills required Scrum Master, Business System Analysts, Leadership Experience, Agile Certifications SDLC Open Date 14-May-2018 Close Date Job type Contract to Hire Duration 12 Months Compensation DOE Status requirement --- Job interview type Face to Face interview Apply    Email Recruiter: coolsoft Job Description Developer: Scrum Master, Business System Analysts, Leadership Experience, Agile Certifications SDLC Transformation Office - Scrum Master Key Responsibilities: • Guide individuals and teams to adopt and improve Agile methods and practices, and help people rethink and change the way they go about application development, QA, and project management. • Guide the Scrum Master and team on the best Agile practices and assist the technology and business teams to resolve issues inherent in application of the Agile methodology • Provide strategic thought leadership on resolution of specific impediments to accelerated delivery through active participation in the Agile CoE • Partner and collaborate with key stakeholders throughout Wells Fargo to continue to mature agile and accelerated delivery within Wells Fargo • Use in-depth understanding of Lean, Agile, and Scrum principles to train and guide the organization through Agile transformation and continued maturity • Monitor and coach teams for consistent and effective Agile application • Track and monitor metrics and reporting for areas of potential future development • Create, maintain, and promote consistent Agile practices cooperation with the EIT Agile Center of Excellence (CoE) • Perform periodic Agile Maturity assessments for teams, provide coaching and input to reach higher levels of maturity, continuous improvement • Assist with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information • Guide teams to iterative delivery while maintaining compliance with all Wells Fargo governance requirements • Remain current on all Agile CoE standards and practices; socialize and promote changes among the Agile teams • Produce Agile metrics and reporting • Maintain focus on Risk Management • Support enterprise goals of simplification, streamlining and common processes • Must be comfortable with ambiguity, driving and leading change • Interact frequently with senior management, demonstrating influence and negotiation. Must-have Requirements • 10+ years of business systems analysis experience, design experience, or a combination of both • 3 + years of experience as a Scrum Master • 5+ years of Agile experience • 4+ years of leadership experience • Agile Certification Additional Requirements • Experience with large-scale process transformation initiatives • Ability to negotiate, influence, and collaborate to build successful relationships • Ability to influence, partner, and negotiate with senior business leaders to gain commitment to accomplish business goals • Knowledge and understanding of project management methodologies: used in waterfall or Agile development projects • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills • Experience with one or more Agile tools used for tracking user stories or backlogs, such as VersionOne and Team Foundation Server (TFS) • Knowledge and understanding of Technology Project Methodology (TPM) • SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) experience Desired Qualifications • Additional certifications above Scrum Master.
