Job Description : Product Manager - Banking Client Location: San Francisco (Will begin 100% remote, but upon returning to regular work standards will be onsite in SF) Digital Solutions for Business Credit & Lending Management Product Team Responsibilities: Establish strategic marketing programs for the Digital Credit Services for Wholesale Customers, including one or more of the following: website design and content, market segmentation, alliance partners, product positioning, and/or usage/enrollment goals. Additionally, provide direction to other product/marketing areas, technology, customer care, and other organizational units to support achievement of product and digital objectives on both a project and ongoing basis. Be involved in all stages of the product lifecycle and partner with internal teams and key stakeholders to analyze business opportunities, gather business requirements, create and launch new functionality. The role requires strong communication and cross-functional partnering skills and ability to complete time sensitive deliverables in a fast-paced environment, and the candidate should be a creative problem solver with a passion for innovation. Responsibilities * Work with the product management manager to refine and support the strategic product vision for the Digital Credit services. * Identify and prioritize new business requirements for product enhancements or new products and work closely with development team to implement. * Develop business cases to assess the relative benefits of product enhancements or new product ideas. * Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders. * Conduct regular competitive research/analysis to monitor developments and identify best practices across the financial industry. * Analyze performance data and customer feedback and create regular reports containing key insights for distribution among key stakeholders. * Prepare presentations and clearly communicate findings from initiatives to senior management and key stakeholders. * Support the product life cycle from requirements gathering through release and beyond. Basic Qualifications: * 8+ years digital or product management experience Minimum Qualifications * Bachelors degree or equivalent with a minimum of 7 years of banking or financial services experience * 3+ years in product management experience including development of strategies, as well as full lifecycle management of online products and projects (concept, launch, management, enhancements). * Deep understanding of commercial loans. * Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, presentation). * Ability to provide detailed analysis and documentation in support of overall initiatives. * Success in developing strong business relationships with other product partners and related teams, interacting with mid to senior management. * Proven and demonstrated leadership qualities. * Proven ability to think both strategically and tactically. * Customer-facing experience; experience working directly with external customers. * Demonstrated experience to handle multiple efforts, projects and initiatives at the same time. * Ability to lead large initiatives in a matrixed organization. * Demonstrated ability to define cost/benefit analysis, perform research on customers, products and competitors and drive solution recommendations. * Experience creating   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
