The consultants will perform and/or coordinate activities including: Environment refresh, Build & Deploy, User Provisioning and Fulfillment, Database Refresh, and Environment Configuration. *Required Skills: * Candidates must have a minimum two (2) years of experience working on data processing related projects; at least one (1) year of said experience must have been in system analysis and design. * Candidates must have a minimum two (2) years of experience preparing or executing detailed task plans using Microsoft Excel or Microsoft Project. * Candidates must have a minimum two (2) years of experience analyzing data and situations, identifying and solving problems, reasoning logically, drawing valid conclusions, and developing effective solutions. * Candidates must have knowledge and a minimum one (1) year of experience on release and configuration management or project deployment. * Candidates must have a minimum one (1) year of experience using IBM Clear Case/Clear Quest tools. * Candidates must have a minimum one (1) year of PL/SQL and SQL scripting experience. * Candidates must have a minimum one (1) year of experience working with basic Linux commands and tools. * Candidates must have a minimum one (1) year of experience with Shell (i.e. BASH) scripting. * Candidates must be available to work flexible hours on evenings and weekends to accommodate operational needs and project schedule. * 10.Candidates must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with a variety of audience types using different mechanisms including informal updates, formal presentations, business case documents, and other analytical and technical documents. *Desired Skills: *Knowledge and/or experience supporting Government Pension environments similar to CalPERS.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
