At least eight (8) years of experience working as a report developer using Microsoft development platform technologies. 2. At least eight (8) years of experience working as an application developer using Microsoft development platform technologies. 3. At least eight (8) years of experience developing complex SQL queries; developing detailed SQL reporting specifications; aggregating, analyzing, validating, and/or reconciling data from heterogeneous data sources. 4. At least five (5) years of experience monitoring the performance of reports or reporting applications and taking corrective action to optimize or improve the performance of the reports when necessary. 5. At least five (5) years of experience working with Microsoft DBMS. 6. At least three (3) years of experience working with Business Objects or MS SQL Server Reporting. Desirable Technical Qualifications It is desirable for the proposed project person to have the following listed experience, knowledge, skills and abilities as evidenced by Attachment II, Proposed Project Person Skill Summary Sheet and resume: 1. Two (2) or more years of experience designing and implementing business intelligence (BI) reports using various BI reporting tools. 2. Experience as a .NET Application Report Developer leading or participating in the technical implementation of pension/retirement related software development projects. 3. Experience working with Electronic Content Management and document capture systems. 4. Experience producing business reporting requirements, data requirements, reporting tool/platform architecture, report specifications, test cases for report testing, and other technical documents related to report development. 5. A Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields from an accredited or government sanctioned college/university.
