The Contractor will provide business analysis support services related to this Project,support the primary Project Manager and perform knowledge transfer to key INVO staff. *Required Skills: *At least two years experience working with a public sector Private Equity investment organization of greater than $20 billion AUM *At least two years experience working with a public sector Investment Accounting organization *Experience on an implementation of the eFront software, FrontInvest, version 9.1 or greater *PMP certification *Must have a minimum of five (5) years experience in project work in technical writing to include: development of business requirements, technical requirements, detailed analysis and design documents; at least three (3) years of said experience must have been at a high level both technically and in measure of responsibility. *Must have a minimum of five (5) years experience in project work in facilitating requirements, analysis and design, and JAD sessions. *Must have the ability to work with end-users and IT staff to analyze issues and draw valid conclusions. *Must have knowledge and/or experience in the system development life cycle. *Must have experience in the analysis, design, development, installation, implementation, and/or technical support duties within specified data processing systems, multifunction office automation systems, microcomputer systems, and/or teleprocessing networks. *Must be able to analyze data and situations, identify and solve problems, reason logically and draw valid conclusions. *Must be able to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with others. *Must communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with a variety of audience types using different mechanisms including informal updates, formal presentations, business case documents, and other analytical and technical documents. *Desired Skills: *Prior experience (within the past 5 years) within the CalPERS Investment Office in a business analyst role *Prior (within the past 5 years) State of California work experience *Prior experience working with the CalPERS Private Equity asset class *Prior experience working with the CalPERS Investment Accounting group   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
