Manage technical programming, web site design, and daily operations Ensure self and team create website development best practices while adhering to team and industry coding standards, and corporate policies Analyze and develop specifications, considering feasibility, cost and time required, compatibility with current system, and computer capabilities required for new or revised web sites Create and own documentation to describe program development, logic, coding, and corrections Accountable for immediate response to problems and setting expectations and timeframe for resolution with customers or groups managing customers Design and implement websites from initial concept, site architecture, and user interface to finished deliverable Develop and implement designs throughout all online channels (websites and web applications) Work with web administrator, programmers, project managers, external partners, and business owners to make creative, effective solutions. Test and deploy from development to production environments Ensures appropriate company and departmental change control and operational procedures are followed for all production-related updates assigned changes Required Qualifications 5+ years full-time software development experience with significant front-end experience A proven track record of developing software, web applications using JavaScript Strong understanding of Web technologies, Grid System, responsive design principles, fluid layouts and positioning. Deep in-depth knowledge and hands on experience with ES5,ES6, HTML5, CSS3, CSS pre-processors Expert Knowledge of vanilla JavaScript, XML, JSON, AJAX and JavaScript framework like jQuery, dojo Experience with front-end build tools such as Gulp.js and Node Experience developing dynamic data driven web application front-end UIs and databinding Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process Demonstrated experience designing modern, user-friendly mobile and web applications Understanding of developing for SEO Operating in a fast-paced environment of changing priorities that require frequent re-balancing Ability to troubleshoot and debug issues that span multiple systems Preferred Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science Experience with JavaScript frameworks and libraries such as Node.js, AngularJS and/or React In depth knowledge of the capabilities of IE, Firefox, Chrome and Safari including cross-browser compatibility, browser rendering and support Solid knowledge of DOM manipulation Solid knowledge of frontend optimization and performance tuning Familiar with web performance tools such as YSlow, PageSpeed Insights, GTMetrix, WebPageTest.org Experience with Content Management System such as Adobe Experience Manager Collaborating with multiple teams to define technology roadmaps Maintaining knowledge of current and emerging trends in the industry, including all relevant areas of technology that could be incorporated into future solutions   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
