It is a senior position so that the candidate can work independently and is able to give work instruction to onshore and offshore team members to properly manage the metadata using the tools available within the Enterprise Data Lake. Assignment Details The candidate will be primarily supporting FAS initiative from Digital Chanel business line. - work with the FAS team members to understand the data flow from various data sources - review the business metadata and entitlement control requirements and provide feedbacks to the various sources to ensure quality of the metadata - work with other data lake team members to implement the metadata to enable data discovery - work with the data lake team members and centralized operation control team to implement the user access control Alternatives Explored The team have been using existing team member to cover the Digital Channel - FAS initiative. However, due to Blueprint and other initiatives work load and skill levels, the progress in the area is not adequate and quality is not desirable Must have Banking experience, preference with several LOBs Data Management and Governance experience Strong Inner/Outer Joins, Store procedures Management of Data Content Data Quality, Data Access control, Data entitlement control.
