Our team is looking for an experienced data consultant to support Wholesale customer/ Treasury Management product migration efforts, customer impact projects and infrastructure initiatives Responsibilities include: · Working with product/service/communication/project teams to understand business requirements and translating them into moderate to complex database related analyses and executing them to completion · Generating and testing accurate data/mail files that drive customer and internal partner communication · Conducting in-depth exploratory analyses/research to provide actionable insights to WCEM team and business partners · Interpreting research and analytic findings; explaining their strategic/tactical implications on business · Creating and maintaining design/ process documents · Identifying data sources and opportunities for additional infrastructure/automation · Ensuring adherence to compliance, regulations and policies · Mentoring and providing guidance to less experienced analysts Basic Qualifications · 6+ years data analytics Minimum Requirements Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategies to answer business questions and provide business insights and intelligence through analysis Strong data analysis skills, including the ability to translate and summarize complex customer, product and process information into understandable, actionable reports and recommendations Excellent problem solving skills with attention to detail and quality Experience in customer migrations and change management processes Experience in identifying and documenting requirements for both internal/external communications and generating mail files. Extensive experience in SQL, database design, management reporting and consultation to business partners Proficient in using MS SQL Server, SSMS, SSIS as tools for data analysis Effective verbal and written communication skills and a demonstrated ability to interact with team members/partners/ managers at all levels of the organization Proactive, energetic and team-oriented Preferred Skills Business knowledge of Wholesale banking, Treasury Management, Wholesale products, Wholesale customers and Wholesale lines of business Automate excel reports by writing TSQL or MS Access Experience with Oracle databases/data warehouses Experience with quality assurance and testing processes   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
