The scope of the TCP project will include: • A cloud-based eFAST platform • An integrated cloud-based TCP solution • An integrated cloud-based TMIS Solution Other current activities include: • Business Process Analysis and Process Mapping: Meeting with PUC business units to discuss opportunities to reengineer business processes and consolidate forms which collect similar information across different Transportation licensing application types. Documenting these processes in the form of process maps. • Requirements Refinement: Consolidating and refining the requirements identified in the FSR to provide a clearer scope for the TCP project implementation phases. • External Interfaces: Discussions with external departments to explore possible interfaces with their systems. • Project Manager Services: assist internal project manager. • Developing Implementation SOW: Preparing the SOW for Implementation Services. 10. Minimum Qualifications for Resources: Each technical team member you are proposing MUST possess the following minimum qualifications: 1) Must possess a bachelors degree or equivalent work experience. 2) Excellent oral and written communication skills. Must be able to understand and communicate complex technical concepts. Must be able to deliver and communicate estimates and timelines. 3) Ability to work well with other contractors, staff and stakeholders. Must be able to run meetings and deliver presentations to executives as needed. 4) At least five years of proven IT Experience in the following areas: i) Gathering and documenting Business requirements. ii) Writing formal requirements & design documentation for IT applications 11.
