Deliver accurate and optimized license compliance statement through the SmartTrack tool for the Microsoft, IBM, Oracle, Adobe, and Citrix by ensuring accurate and comprehensive discovery and software entitlement data is loaded in SmartTrack. Create dashboard through the SmartTrack tool with key indicators on data quality and compliance related to top 5 software products Develop and execute the process and governance which integrates the Software License Management team to capture and track software entitlements and support the team with renewals. Develop and document the relevant future Software Asset Management processes and governance to ensure data in the tool stays accurate, compliance issues are identified, and potential for optimization is realized Written recommendations on how to rectify specific license compliance findings for certain products Knowledge Transfer Plan: As listed under deliverables, contractor to develop and document the relevant future Software Asset Management processes to ensure data in the tool stays accurate, compliance issues are identified, and potential for optimization is realized Employment and Education Standards: Relevant experience in implementing Aspera software products Knowledge and Experience: Experience implementing a software asset management tool across complex enterprise environments (over 10,000 devices, software licensing in virtual environments with VMs, clusters and in clouds, licensing across dev/test/production devices) (required) Specific expertise with software discovery tools, especially on virtualized server environments (VMs, clusters) Deep expertise in relevant licensing terms and conditions related to software publishers Microsoft, IBM, Oracle with focus on licensing for server software. Understands the interplay between SmartTrack and third-party systems such as discovery systems (SCCM), identity management, financial management systems, hardware asset management system/CMDB Knows the relevant data sources (i.e. entitlements and discovery data) required by SAM tools to determine license compliance and is familiar with best practice methods to obtain such data in an organization Understands key business and technical concepts with relation to Software Asset Management and the SAM tool and can communicate these to technical and business operations staff and senior level management   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
