Develops an appropriate implementation plan that focuses on current and future objectives. Proactively manage changes in scope, identifies potential risks, and devises contingency plans. Determines the content of status reports from the team, troubleshoot problem areas and delivers overall progress reports to senior management. Conducts project post-mortem assessments and suggests improvements in process or procedures. Provides Strategic Project Management: Proactively manage the full life-cycle of the initiative, including overall project plan, scope, change control, risks, issues, impacts, and reporting through standardization and best practice project implementation. Manages issues and proactively escalates critical issues for immediate resolution. Communication and collaboration Coordinates project related activities for the team. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of presenting actionable insights to senior management. Communicates with all levels of team and leadership. Notes: PMP certification is required.
