This role is expected to apply functional & technical expertise and work as a project team member along with the Project Manager, Functional and Technical Leads to deliver an end-to-end solution. Ideal candidate must be self-motivated with a proven track record in emerging technologies and comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of IT organization. Candidate must be organized and analytical, adept at working in a team environment. Responsibilities: * Participate in process flow analysis and redesign the process to align with organizational goals * Translates nonfunctional and functional requirements into design * Identify current best practices and design solution alternatives * Interacting with the project team and business user community to help scope the project delivery * Participate in all design related discussion and document them * Produce a detailed solution design document * Co-team with the Technical Lead to produce a technical specification for custom development * Identify and document various application integration requirements Requirements: * Proven solutions consulting experience in large enterprises with 10+ years of experience in designing IT applications * Expertise in designing solutions involving cutting edge technologies like Angular JS, Ruby on Rails is a "MUST HAVE" * Working experience in clientserver architecture * Proficiency with development of web applications and integrate them with other applications * Exposure to Software Development Methodologies, such as Agile * Strong presentation and communication skills * Willingness to work in onsite-offshore environment PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: * Experience in integrating applications with large ERP applications * Previous experience in the electronics or distribution industries   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
