Job Description Consultant: CA Service Catalog 14.01, CA Service Desk Manager 14.01, CA Asset Management 14.01 (Including SAM), CA Process Automation 4.3 CABIBOXI Upgra

Description:

The client ITSM Ecosystem is a set of cohesive and integrated tools [CA Service Desk Manager 12.9, CA Service Catalog 12.9 , CA Asset Management 12.9, CA Process Automation 4.1, CA Configuration Management Data Base (MDB), and Xtraction 13.1] that help efficiently and consistently deliver technology support and services to State agency programs and to Colorado residents.
Note: We are looking to have all work completed by June 17, 2016.
Proposal should include

14.1 approach and implementation recommendation

14.1 Upgrade Implementation

Comprehensive project work breakdown structure (vendor and state tasks)

Including how current customization functionality will be accommodated with the upgrade

Update the Self Service Portal User Interface with the appropriate State of Colorado branding

Customize portlet to provide a link to external sites (Major incident management, Purchase catalog, etc.)

Maintain current integrations with SCCM, SalesForce Single Sign On, Bomgar, VMware vRA,

14.3 Upgrade Testing

Regression and user acceptance

Training/Knowledge transfer

Initial Training defined and provided for the new functionality

Train the trainer consideration must be included for long term training needs

Things to consider

There are currently 3 environments: Development, Test, Production

The Test and Production environments sit behind a F5 load balancer
All environments are on-premise

State of Colorado standard browser is Chrome

Mobile application is installed today weve been advised to move to the newest version if possible.

There is an internal team that will be assisting with this upgrade and they will need to be trained on any new functionality.
