Qualification and experience: 1. Must have 5+ years MS SQL . Must have 5+ years large databases . Must be able to understand and develop detailed requirements. 2. Must have 5+ years with MS Visual Studio and .Net development . 3. Must have 5+ years with VB.Net and C# experience on the .Net platform . 4. Must have 5+ years developing SQL Server and/or Oracle database-driven web applications . 5. Must have 5+ years integrating SAP Business Objects into .net applications. 6. Must have 5+ years managing full product development life cycle from concept through deployment, including requirements and specifications gathering, program architecture. 7. Experience with the following web services: o System for Electronic Rate and Form Filing (SERFF) o Sircon o Internet State Interface Technology Enhancement (i-Site) WORK PRODUCTS: .
