This job works in the Configuration Management and Release Management department. The position is responsible for collecting metrics around release management and configuration management, building workflows, and compiling reports all in ServiceNow. This does include the generation of requirements, design and implementation of reports and communication. This position also deals with building and maintenance of service portal forms in ServiceNow. An understanding in the ISO and DevOps compliance will help the candidates understanding of business requirements, aiding in implementation. This position requires coordination and execution relating to owning the entire technical solution of the DA&A Jeppesen Metrics Portal. This portal/application is a metrics aggregator that collects information from Jira, VersionOne and Jama. Such application uses React, NodeJS and is programmed in Javascript. Knowledge in that area is crucial for metrics application support. Knowledge of SAFe is a huge plus, but not required. Knowledge of Agile is a must. Soft Skills are important as well.
