Consultant will assist in the analysis, image inventory, metadata definition, mapping, and migration of EDMS images for UI Benefit, Tax and Appeals. Provide technical support for break/fixes, enhancements, and/or upgrades to keep the EDMS environment stable for UIM data migration activities. Provide technical expertise, research, and options for the new imaging solution for ReEmployUSA. Role Requirements: 1. Identify and create inventory of images in legacy EDMS system 2. Analyze metadata 3. Create legacy system specifications for review of rules definitions that must integrate with ReEmployUSA system components 4. Extract images and aid TCS vendor in mapping images to the ReEmployUSA system 5. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, documentation and manuals necessary at customer and operational levels 6. Provides assistance to UI Leads and application developers in the analysis and design of legacy information systems, while adhering to Projects development lifecycle 7. Responsible for analyzing and documenting business needs 8. Acts as a liaison between technical staff, users and vendors regarding legacy application design and modifications 9. Performs system tests; assist in preparing task plans and time and cost estimates 10. May be responsible for design, development and implementation of new system interfaces 11. Educate and perform knowledge transfer to CTDOL developers 12. Coordinates and/or provides customer support, as needed; prepares progress reports; prepares program specifications and test data for own work; performs unit and/or system tests; maintains and enhances existing programs; performs related duties as required. Recommended Knowledge: Must demonstrate ability to excel in a rapidly changing environment and must have proficiency with legacy FileNet Capture and Workflow architecture, auto processes, and batch jobs. Comprehensive knowledge of FileNet Image Services, Content Services, Report Manager, Desktop, Web Services Open Client and eProcess. SQL and .Net 1.1, 3.5, 4.0 development experience; considerable knowledge of the principles and techniques of systems analysis, design, development, data mapping, data migrations, and programming required; Candidate should be knowledgeable in FileNet and IBM integration methods and must demonstrate ability to work independently. Excellent analytical skills are a plus. Related Criteria: Demonstrated experience in legacy FileNet IDM Desktop v3.1,3.2, Panagon Capture v4.1,Visual Work FileNet P8, .Net 1.1, 3.5, 4.0 - 10 years experience Additionally, candidate should be familiar with object oriented programming, SQL, Microsoft Word, Visio, MS Project, Change Management processes, and System Development Methodologies (SDMs).
