The Software Development Manager ensures that the software architecture adheres to the Connecticut Enterprise Ar-chitecture - Technology Architecture (CTEA-TA) and the Global Justice Reference Architec-ture (JRA). II. Desirable Characteristics The Software Development Manager will be responsible for the planning, implementation, and success of all development based initiatives specified in collaboration with the CJIS managment. This role requires both strong managerial skills along with proven experience designing, leading, and coding software projects.
