This exciting phase of development will include new VoIP functionality, removing dependency on digital and analog hardware, updated call flow design, MVVM support and updated SOA framework. Candidates will be expected to assist in the design and development stages as well as coding to ensure a high quality, scalable and innovative application. Experience as a lead developer or architect on IVR application development projects which have implemented VoIP is required. The project utilizes the latest technologies available in developing solutions for OSI/Fiserv clients of banks and credit unions. Contract engagement is expected to last 9-12 months Duties Include: • Provide senior-level systems design, development, programming, consultation and support for next generation IVR application using C# , .NET 4.0, MVC, MVVM, Entity Framework, Microsoft SQL and other technologies. • Conduct design and code reviews across project work • Serve as a technical expert in the evaluation and testing of the capabilities, characteristics and requirements of existing and emerging information systems technologies • Make recommendations as to feasibility of implementation; provide technical leadership and assistance to colleagues, users and staff. • Design, develop and implement unit and scenario testing for existing code base and for new functionality under development. • Participate in paired programming to work with other developers on new application code. • Mentor team members in adopting technologies and tools that you are already familiar with, but which may be new to them. Qualifications • B.S. Computer Science • 7+ years experience developing with .NET and C# • Extensive experience with .NET 4.0, C# and technologies such as WCF, WPF • Extensive experience with MVC and MVVM framework and architecting multi-layer applications • 5-7 years Integrated Voice Response (IVR) experience • 5-7 years integrating VoIP into IVR systems • 5-7 years of Text-to-Speech development and integration • 5-7 years Voice Response Units (VRU) • Ability to quickly learn new technology and apply knowledge to solve technical and business problems • Strong problem solving skills • Deep knowledge of software engineering and computer science fundamentals • Experience with SOA, Web Services and large distributed systems • Solid experience with Agile development, in particular Scrum • End to end experience across the entire software development lifecycle • Track record of shipping production ready software • Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as part of a project team in a cooperative effort   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
