This plan will use existing State of ConnecticutIAM, web, and MFA systems to the maximum extent possible and should also address options to incorporate Single Sign-On (SSO) functionality for use with new and legacy state applications. The Enterprise Architect will be required to collaborate closely and successfully with IT security management, subject matter experts (SMEs), and technical staff. Responsibilities Design and define IAM architecture with MFA for external applications Required Skills/Experience Enterprise Architect Required Skills: • Required minimum of 10 years of experience in IT Security or related area with a focus on enterprise security architecture. • 5+ years Identity Access Management architecture experience. • 5+ years Multi-Factor Authentication implementation experience. Preferred Skills: • Experience working with IBM SIM/SAM environments. • Experience working with RSA and Symantec MFA environments. • Experience with portal, Single Sign-On solutions * ADMINISTRATIVE CONSIDERATIONS Deliverables: Deliverables will be determined based on project plans and timelines. All deliverables will be clearly defined and resourced. Work Schedule:Regular business hours. State Resources and Oversight: Consultant will be assigned a primary supervisor for direction and de-confliction, as well as alternate supervisors should the primary supervisor not be available. All resources and material required for the performance of duties will be supplied by the State. Use of personal or non-State owned resources or material is not permitted unless authorized by the supervisor. Security/Privacy Considerations: Enterprise IT Security Data and Systems: consultant is responsible for reviewing, understanding, and adhering to all State policies and procedures.
