The Connecticut Digital Service is looking to fill a temporary need for a Site core Solution Architect. The Sitecore Solution Architect will be part of a cross-functional team focused on improving the digital service offerings for the State of Connecticut. The Architect will assess and develop a recommendation on the strategic positioning of Site core as a viable digital experience platform based on the enterprise customer experience capabilities defined for the state. What You Will Do Assist the digital leadership team with understanding Sitecores capabilities and the transformative power of its digital experience ecosystem Experience in setting up SiteCore governance and content management workflows in a multi-agency environment Utilize Sitecore and Google Analytics to develop customer behaviour insights, identity content effectiveness and plan improvements for better customer engagements Bring in depth knowledge of industry leading CRM platforms and the integration strategies leveraging Sitecore for the front end customer experience Partner with the enterprise architecture team to present your recommendations and findings to executive-level leaders in a clear and compelling way What Youll Need Excellent customer facing skills with experience presenting to and achieving buy-in from senior executives (Commissioners, Directors and C-Suite) Balance of business and technology acumen, including ability to articulate high-level technical solutions to business problems and to tie your solutions to program success criteria Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills, including ability to create clear observations, analysis and conclusions based on customer interviews and data In-depth understanding of the typical use cases of digital platform implementations Proven track record and hands on experience with digital platform and CRM implementations with a focus on architecture and solution design What Is Required Bachelors degree 7-12 years of experience working in a top-tier consulting or technology organization Full stack system .NET architecture experience Full Stack Sitecore 9.x– from data template to TDS and cloud deployment Strong experience in leveraging in-built analytics in Combination with other web analytics tools and draw insights for effective customer experience Deep experience with SiteCore based application building utilizing new capabilities on the 9.x platform Deep understanding of .net 4.5+ and MVC Deep understanding of web services, cloud native services, and REST apis Understanding of SEO and Digital Marketing strategies Understanding of Solr, Lucene or other search/indexing technologies Cloud and SaaS knowledge Knowledge of deploying solutions to AWS and Azure Knowledge of large scale CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce and Dynamics)   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
