The Data Analyst will support the team by collecting, interpreting, and analyzing research data to help the State understand user needs, the effectiveness of State programs, and discover opportunities to create better user-centered solutions. You will need to have a deep understanding of data research and how it can support optimized user experiences. You have a strong discipline in both quantitative and qualitative research methods, and you feel comfortable working in an Agile environment.
