The NYSDOH/STARHS Lab sends back excel spreadsheets that have only laboratory accession # as identification so I need to be able to search the system by lab accession # c. The query to match HARMS to the missing specimen list provided by the STARHS lab does not work d. Fix the specimen missing query – old variables are being used as “buckets” for the new variables and the queries using the old variable names and values, and the values in the queries were coded incorrectly. Theres no way to understand the query output. 2. HARMS variables used as “hooks” for other variables need to be renamed appropriately. 3. Routine Genotype and Risk Factor Ascertainment follow up letters/ mail merge need to be added to the “Letters” function. 4. Build a Genotype interface in HARMS for Case investigation/MHS purposes. 5. Request additional features in HARMS for MHS purposes. HIV genotype test results are received by HIV surveillance program. a. HARMS import feature to follow-up on cases of MHS b.
