The Senior Project Manager ensures that the project schedule and budget established by the CJIS board and CISS Executive Director are implemented. The individual who fills this position should have solid project management skills and the ability to foster and ensure cooperation and coordination among the various justice partners and Information Services (IS) organizations within the state and local agencies. The Senior Project Manager must effectively balance: Strong leadership skills and experience managing large complex multi-year projects. Management of the project schedule and budget within the guidelines and policies of the CJIS Governing Board. Establishment and affirmation of relationships between organizations. Strong knowledge of IBM Rational Jazz Public sector experience This focus requires the capability to build trust and nurture relationships with CJIS partners and the project delivery team while maintaining the projects momentum and progress. Must have at least three-years experience in managing multi-million dollar multi-year projects. Project Manager Professional (PMP) certification Possess a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Technology or Business Admin-istration.
