SCOPE OF WORK 1. This position will act as a liaison and consultant between DPH and Magellan Rx CADAP/CIPA transition teams. Specific duties will include lead/facilitate pre-implementation meetings to develop and map the transition process between internal and external agencies and business partners. 2. This position will lead/facilitate discussion relevant to data testing between DPH, Magellan, and DSS and numerous technical conference calls held in preparation for implementation. 3. This position will assist with the contract development process between DPH and Magellan, reviewing and updating program regulations, policies and procedure manuasl for CADAP/CIPA programs with internal DPH staff. 4. This position will assist with reviewing Medicare Part D data sharing agreements prior to data exchange implementation between PBM and CMS, review of pharmacy data claims and invoicing systems, rebate data files and testing of enrollment web portal. 5. This position will assist developing and facilitating provider training to support program enrollment using various communication methods (e.g., webinars, video chats, emails, etc.) prior to implementation. The Consultant will be at the “Business Analyst 1” as described in the State of Connecticut Contract Award No. 12PSX0251 and will have the required skills and experience outlined below, to work as part of the DPH CADAP/CIPA program transitioning team. Required Skills/Experience: Experience with federal regulations and compliance of AIDS Drug Assistance Program (ADAP). • Experience in AIDS Drug Assistance Program (ADAP) and Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) business implementation models. • Experience facilitating internal and external meetings and presentations to provide status updates and make decisions relative to integration of data systems, Medicaid subrogation, pharmacy network, enrollment and management of rebates. • Experience developing Scope of Service, policies and procedures, 340B pharmacy agreements and regulations. • Experience in prescription drug claims and benefit plans (e.g., Medicaid, Medicare and commercial insurances). • Ability to work under limited supervision: self-starter, independent worker and uses excellent interpersonal and decision-making skills. • Excellent oral and written communication skills. • Excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills. • Ability to meet tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
