Lead resource that is responsible for the risk and issue tracking tool, aging reports, owner identification, probability assessments and setting up and facilitating program issue and risk meetings across all vendors and agency departments. They will also determine the frequency and content of risk and issue reports from the project team, analyze results and troubleshoot problem areas; proactively manage changes in project scope with PMs while identifying potential crises and devise contingency plans 6+ years work experience within Healthcare sector with a focus on risk mitigation and risk mitigation. 6+ years work experience with issue identification and critical path planning. Displayed experience working across all functional areas of an organization with highly-complex business, information technology and healthcare projects and initiatives. Accustom to maintaining productive and professional relationships with internal and external partners through effective communication while meeting program directors expectations. History of productive issue resolution and negotiation while facilitating discussions at all levels of the organization with a positive outcome. Track record of quickly identifying and understanding risk and issues impacting the programs within the business, technology space. Ability to identify and align issues and risk to releases, milestones or gates and how they tie into a critical path, scope, schedule, budget, benefit and quality. Clear understanding with the ability to articulate items preventing the projects or program from turning green, and / or whats needed to go from red to yellow or yellow to green. Proven abilities to anticipate and proactively managing risks and issues ensuring high delivery confidence for the project milestones and gates. Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools; track project milestones and deliverables; develop and deliver issues and risk reports, proposals, requirements documentation that mitigates known issues and preparing materials and presenting options and status to senior leadership. Coordinate with Business and IT managers to assess and track risk / issue plans, status, etc. for on-time delivery of critical projects and programs; this includes assisting teams and the project teams in removing impediments and resolving cross-team issues. Report issues, risks, findings, and recommendations based upon its review of the SI Contractor, SI Subcontractor, internal teams, and any project partner deliverables submitted or resubmitted.
