We expect that certain aspects of these SOWs may be developed in parallel with other items and Sections. Primary Duties: • Subject matter expert in the application and technology of IBM Enterprise Content Management (ECM) • Subject matter expert on service level offerings such as enterprise taxonomies, ECM compliance, and case management best practices • Oversee and participate in the architectural design, development, customization, and integration efforts of enterprise solutions involving Enterprise Content Management, Workflow, and Enterprise Records • Perform detailed business requirements gathering, technical design and development of ECM applications using IBM FileNet • Development of training materials and training of end-users on implemented solutions • Ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction Project Management: • Develop project schedules • Track project timelines / schedules • Project status reporting • Meeting facilitation • Assist with budget estimates • Build and maintain a demo/development environment for prototyping solutions • Help build and deliver software demonstrations and presentations • Assist as a resource in resolving support cases initiated by clients Required Skills/Experience All applicants for this Statement of Work must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in the Enterprise Content Management field. Candidates with experience in the IBM Enterprise Content Management suite of products, specifically FileNet P8, IBM Enterprise Records, IBM Atlas, IBM Datacap, and IBM Case Manager, will be given higher consideration. Knowledge • At least three (3) years of experience implementing, managing, and supporting IBM FileNet P8 solutions • Experience troubleshooting FileNet application technical issues and providing recommendations and solutions • Expertise in implementation and deployment planning and control • Experience working with different users at all levels • Experience working in a multi-disciplinary team • Superior organizational skills in planning and prioritizing own workload and initiatives • Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical terminology to people with limited or no technical understanding • Proactive and solutions driven • Ability to work to tight deadlines • Experience working with complementary products (e.g. IBM WebSphere, IBM Enterprise Records, IBM Datacap). • Object oriented programming languages such as Java and C++. • Knowledge of Java, J2EE, J2EE Architecture, Design Patterns • Experience in XML, XML parsers, and XSL. • Deep expertise with at least one of IBM DB2 or Microsoft SQL Server database • Good exposure to Software Engineering Technical Skills Must have a good understanding of the following systems/applications/technologies: • IBM FileNet Content Manager • IBM Content Navigator • IBM DataCap • IBM Case Manager including, but not limited to, Widget development and DOJO Widgets   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
