In order to show progress and visibility the CJIS team needs a Senior Test Lead to ensure the following work is performed • Create test plans, use cases, test scripts, perform the testing, create the testing results reports, and implement the testing needed by the project managers for the different releases of the complex CISS project. • Work with user community in designing the user acceptance test plan. • Being knowledgeable on all facets of Software Development Methodology (SDM) and assisting the CISS team on compliance for CJIS activities. • Lead and manage defect triage and resolution process. • Produce and monitor all required management and tracking reports related to test script traceability, test readiness, testing status, defect ranking and status, etc. • Minimum five year experience as a manual tester for IT projects of which three years were in a lead or managerial position. • A bachelors degree in a business or technical major • Automated testing experience (nice to have) • Experience with use cases, test case/test script development • Minimum of three years of experience with Software Development Methodologies (SDLC) • Proficient in MS Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite • Self-Starter, able to work with minimal supervision • Experience with mentoring the test team and managing a test team Required Skills: * IT Projects * Automated Testing * MS Office Suite * SDLC   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
