Develop Quality Development metrics and reporting dashboard. 2. Develop reporting analogy for each project and release. 3. Interview staff, review processes and tools, and develop suitable timeline to compile and comprehend data and metrics. 4. Create automated daily, weekly, and monthly reporting on metrics. 5. Utilize internal and open source tools to create competent dependable metrics. Skills Requirements: Bachelor of Science in a technical discipline (information systems, computer science, statistics/math, etc.) A minimum of 3 and up to 5 years of experience for a mid-level candidate Hands-on experience in metrics gathering, management, and administration Hands on experience with metrics management tools including business, marketing, software development, and statistical/mathematical modeling tools Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Project) Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel (for charting, etc.) Experience with structured query language (SQL) and databases (e.g., Oracle, DB2, SQL, etc.) Knowledge and understanding of quality methodology and practices (e.g., SEI CMMI, Lean Six Sigma) and IT audit functions Knowledge, understanding and participation in risk management practices, including but not limited to submission, tracking, mitigation, levels (project, product, program, business), impact assessment, and probability studies Knowledge and use of tools such as Microsoft Office, defect tracking tools, SharePoint, Wiki; as well as methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, etc.) Software: (MS Office, SQL dbs, Defect tracking tools, methodologies (Six Sigma/Lean/Kaizen), SharePoint, Wiki) Responsibilities: Produce weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly metrics with emphasis on continuous improvement initiatives. Use data from Electronic Data Warehouse (such as TeamTrack, etc.) and other sources to develop new metrics and improve existing reporting structures Support Access, Excel, and SQL tools and processes as necessary to support metrics analysis Improve product quality by identifying and managing metrics for each project and release within Quality Development (i.e., SDLC, TLC, PMLC, and ILC) Prepare business processes, training collateral and deliver process/system training on metrics gathering and analysis Generate and maintain metrics dashboard as well as a summary dashboard showing goodness of fit/product Research commercial and standard metrics practices and tools and implement relevant practices into the FEPOC Participate in continuous improvement initiatives such as Six Sigma, Lean, Kaizen   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
