Manager will require F2F Interview, only local candidates will be considered! This role is responsible for implementing the tools, systems and work processes to effectively manage control and report on schedule and progress measurement for a project and planning work measurement and collection of performance data such as installed quantities, expended labor and other progress measurement data. REQUIRED SKILLS: -5+ Solid years of developing and maintaining project schedules -Knowledge and experience in schedule quality analysis i.e., DCMA 14 pt assessment -Expert in schedule planning tools, specifically MS Project 10 and above -Experience creating and managing resource loaded schedules, Gantt charts, and dependencies -Ability to develop fully networked schedules using predecessors and successors along with effective activity duration affording discreet progress measurement -Demonstrated System Engineering or Systems Integration experience -Strong analytical skills and ability to develop and recommend solutions for problems/issues -Demonstrated customer relationship and presentation skills -Self-motivator with ability to work as part of a team or independently with little supervision or direction -Ability to balance and prioritize many diverse tasks at once -Experience in establishing new processes -Strong oral and written communication skills across all levels -Ability to organize and present project portfolio reports, proposals, and other related portfolio information -Knowledge of contracts and contract administration including its assessment and implementation at each -Hands-on of the tool is required to work closely with Project Managers, team leads, and other team member -Read and understand Statement of Work and demonstrate its relationship to the schedule -Lead and assist in the creation and maintenance of Integrated Master Schedules according to the SOW/Project Charter -Review schedule activities, status, and results with PM as required -Create and update resource loaded schedules using MS Project 2010 -Implement baseline changes into the IMS by collaborating with applicable stakeholders -Apply GAO and Industry best scheduling practices to program schedules and identify, develop, and implement processes improving scheduling and coordination efforts -Provide subject matter expertise and reporting in scheduling, critical path analysis, and program coordination -Support and mentor PM and other team member in the development and maintenance of program IMS -Provide what if analysis using standard schedule analysis methodologies and potential courses of actions with forecasts and risks assessments due to program changes or external influence showing an impact to critical path RESPONSIBILITIES: -Manages and tracks all changes, potential changes, ensuring estimates of schedule changes are given visibility -Integration of schedule data within the companys enterprise project management system. -Updating and maintaining project schedules in accordance with approved work plans, long-term strategic plans and other schedule and plan tools -Works independently on routine project risk assessment issues, manage conflict, and provide resolution -Supports the intake process of projects -Partners closely with business partners to analyze new projects and readiness for governance decisions -Manages portfolio management artifacts, decisions, communications, metrics, and reporting -Create a collaborative partnership among executive leaders and portfolio stakeholders and enables resource demand planning, change management, and project pipeline planning decisions -Adheres to clients Enterprise Project Ma   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
