RESPONSIBILITIES: -Provide Engineering support across Call Recording, Dialers, OnQ, CallTech, and Workforce Management technology platforms. -Facilitate vendor testing/fixes for each platform. -Conduct testing, verify and document impacts. -Participate in impact review meetings. -Take ownership and accountability of issue resolution, document findings and place on SharePoint for Engineering and Support teams. -Proactively identify trends and impacts to reduce platform downtime and repair SLAs. -Create ECMs, engage vendor & internal resources and maintain awareness with operational support teams. -Represent the Engineering team on outage calls as necessary, and be the primary point of communication to the technical & Business teams through issue resolution. -Monitor status of all efforts and provide regular updates to Engineering, Production Support management. -Update & maintain documentation required for successful completion of issue resolution.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
