Description:

Client, is looking for a Production Assurance Analyst. This is a 3 month consulting position in Wilmington, DE.

As a Production Assurance Analyst, you will be responsible for leading the timely resolution of customer impacting technology incidents and researching/understanding the direct & root cause of incidents. Daily responsibilities include; Incident management, call facilitation, coordination and communications during critical outage situations, problem management, production communications, production environment continuous improvement, resiliency and stability efforts.

Additional Skills: Card Services and ECCS Production Assurance provides overall coverage and support for the Card Services, Enterprise Call Center Services and Commercial Card production environments. Production Assurance responsibilities span all internal technology and technology vendors infrastructure, development and business support.

Incident Management:
-Call facilitation, coordination and communications during critical outage situations
-Call documentation, queue management, ticket analysis and interface to impacting lines of business for incident impact analysis via the Production Assurance process
-Single voice for our line of business and for cross line of business incidents
-Timely and accurate global incident reporting for all incidents
-Maintenance and informational updates on internal intranet web page and knowledgebase
-End to end view of issues for objectivity
-Influence senior technology leads across organizations to ensure timely resolution of incidents

Problem Management:
-Lead RCA (root cause analysis) activities on customer impacting incidents and failed changes, as well as any incident where there is a potential for reoccurrence or no cause has been identified.
-Manage communications and expectations based on results of RCA activities
-Provide expertise and support during critical incidents, interfacing with all impacted groups to better manage the message
-Chronic issue coordination and leadership
-Guidance to all staff involved and vendors in driving a coordinated approach for results
-Card Services and ECCS Production Assurance provides overall coverage and support for the Card Services, Enterprise Call Center Services and Commercial Card production environments. Production Assurance responsibilities span all internal technology and technology vendors infrastructure, development and business support.


Roles and Responsibilities:
-The Change Coordinator will be familiar with Enterprise Change Management policies and procedures and understand the standard practice of change record review and approvals, be able to interpret the policy and apply it to our clients changes, and ensure that audit control is performed on all change records that require it.
-Ideal candidate will be able to handle heavy work load, communicate effectively and efficiently, work independently but be a team player. The ideal candidate should also have a solid technical background with an understanding of client-server technology and the ability to assess potential upstream and downstream impacts of the changes they support.
-Track and monitor change requests ensuring all audit requirements are met
-Ensure that each change request has appropriate supporting documentation for assigned releases according to internal service levels
-Take a proactive approach to managing failed changes, activation issues, or unapproved changes
-Have solid technical knowledge to be able to assess impacts and provide support to Service Delivery and Application Development teams
-Participate in post implementation reviews and audits on selected change records
-Work with internal
