The Network Engineer may also be the focal point for migration and infrastructure expansion on existing systems. The Network Engineer may possess a formal certification; if not, he or she would have equivalent experience in installing hardware and software associated with networks. In larger environments, the Network Engineer will collaborate or take direction from a Network Architect in larger environments. In smaller environments, the Network Engineer often assumes the role of a Network Architect. Required Skills: * Prior experience installing, configuring and maintaining VMware infrastructure - VMWare vSphere 5.1 * Windows Server 2008 R2 * System Center Config.
