Yes, 2x per week IV Process: Phone screen followed by Onsite / Video Question: What have you done historically to deal with implementations Description: Project Details: Appeture program – It is implementing salesforce across the globe 60+ countries 52 IT People internal – 12 with an external partner 15-25 people who are supporting this program (taking out of their day to day to work on this project) Biggest project since SAP project 6 years ago Hired an implementation partner where they did a roadmap in July Seibel 19 years old – 19 years of data that has never been archived or cleaned up He is the global IT lead, 4 powers under him o Functional BA o Data Lead – Will be out of South Africa o Siebel Lead o Salesforce Technical Lead The external partner will be bringing their own people in but CHEP wants their own person to be a checks and balances and make sure that everything that is going to be running working correctly – double checking design documentation makes sense and that everything is running as it should be Architecture will be done already Former Salesforce Developers – Needs to be in Orlando, FL / Atlanta, GA, transitioned into a BA role and have sat in through multiple implementation Day to Day Responsibilities/typical day look like: Will be traveling for workshops as well Orlando or ATL is OK – 2 days remote per week is also OK as long as they are in ATL and are ok with traveling to Orlando. Must have a US Passport – likely will travel to Europe, North America and Latin America (must not have visa issues travelling outside US and coming back) Will be running workshops for 1-2 weeks in March Project is slated for 41 months, contract will be minimum of 12 months and up to 41 months Sales Cloud and Service Cloud Selling Points for Candidates: Perks?
