The Change contractor role is a hybrid role with dual responsibility for Change execution (completing Change Management tasks and deliverables) and advising team members on executing Change Leadership (leading Change strategy and tactical Change planning) with excellence. Primary responsibility will be aligning with a global implementation project plan and third party implementation team (approximately nine months in duration), creating a detailed Change Management plan (that aligns with the programme implementation plan), and collaboratively developing and overseeing development of Change deliverables. Roles and Responsibilities Apply structured Change Management methodology to Workday implementation projects Lead change management task and deliverable creation activities for the LATAM division Develop a tactical Change Management plan Conduct stakeholder analysis, including identification and the collection of demographic / psychographic information into stakeholder profiles Conduct stakeholder surveys; apply to stakeholder profiles Create resistance assessments; develop mitigating plans Assess Change risks and document mitigating actions; fold Change risks into overall project risk profile Develop change impact analysis; populate with people/process/technology changes and mitigating actions Design and develop with local HR, an active Change Network of Readiness Advisors in the business; Prepare Change Discussion Guides (based on Change impacts) for specific audiences; provide training and coaching to local HR as they conduct Change discussions with their constituencies Create divisional Communications plans, line-item communications inventories, develop communications content in alignment with global communications plan Tailor global training plans, training curriculums, training content and training deployment plans for the LATAM division in partnership with Global Training Lead and local Training Manager May conduct train-the-trainer and classroom/virtual classroom training Create local sustainment plans Coordinate Change activities within project implementation team: Report Change task and deliverable status to Local HR Team Consult and coach project teams Support and engage senior leaders in Change discussions Coordinate information gathering efforts with others in project and HR teams Integrate change management activities into project plan Evaluate and ensure user readiness Track and report issues Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
