Decompose high level business requirements into detailed business rules, detailed technical systems requirements, User Interface flows, system interfaces Create detailed Business Requirements Specifications, detailed Systems Requirements Specifications, using alternate views such as process/work flows, diagrams, models, use cases, data mappings/crosswalks for our web based consumer shopping and enrollment application and Salesforce.com hosted marketing/sales/service application for various health, life, dental, and supplemental insurance products Prepare detailed data mappings/crosswalks for system integrations For agile scrum projects, perform scrum master role as well as prepare user stories, story points, scrum reports Create test scenarios to verify documented systems requirements Execute test scenarios/scripts and verify documented systems requirements Provide analyst support to development and test teams through all phases of SDLC including production issues Work on multiple tasks and projects simultaneously Perform other duties as assigned Job Requirements: Strong analytical/problem solving skills. Strong verbal/written communication skills, listening skills, presentation/negotiation skills (business and technical), group interaction skills Full System Development Life Cycle experience of medium to large size projects. Extensive experience of conducting JAD/JAR sessions and documenting detailed technical systems requirements for waterfall and agile scrum projects Experience documenting systems requirements for web based applications. Experience with consumer shopping applications will be plus. Experience documenting data interfaces between different systems Experience creating test scenarios and using them to verify systems requirements Understanding of relational databases and expert ability to develop and execute SQL queries for data extraction/inspection Experience as scrum master for agile projects will be a plus Familiarity with concepts/terminologies of web based consumer shopping experience Familiarity with concepts/terminologies of health insurance products Familiarity with health care exchange concepts/terminologies will be a plus Proficiency with presentation and office productivity tools MS Word/PowerPoint/Excel/Project/Visio Experience with key analysis/testing tools Rational ReqPro, HP Quality Center Expert knowledge of application development methodologies waterfall, agile scrum, SDLC Detail oriented and ability to work on multiple tasks and projects simultaneously Proven self-starter with the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
