Coach / Mentor the teams 8. Conduct Proof of Value and Concept projects as required 9. Create Architectural solutions and secure buy-in from stakeholders 10. Keep abreast of technologies, tools and best practices in related areas 11. Manage an enterprise architecture through modeling software to ensure that an accurate picture of the people, process and technology aspects of the company are well-documented and usable by enterprise architecture stakeholders 2.1. Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs) 1. Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, MBA or related field preferred 2. IT and Software development experience of 15+ years 3. Experience in developing, supporting and administering Cloud based software development platforms 4. Experience working at an Enterprise level as an Enterprise or Portfolio level architect 5. Knowledge/Experience in Cloud Transformation (However, this is not primarily a cloud architect position) 6. Knowledge/experience in Cloud-native applications 7. IT Leadership Collaboration: Focus on streamlining dependencies and processes across all IT functions 8. Manage an enterprise architecture through modeling software to ensure that an accurate picture of the people, process and technology aspects of the company are well-documented and usable by enterprise architecture stakeholders 9. Experience in working with large IT teams to execute and lead successful project implementations 10. Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast paced, high velocity, environment; ability to stay focused on responsibilities, meet deadlines and manage competing priorities under pressure. 11. Ability to drive effective meetings: workshops, design, and problem-solving sessions. 12.
