PURPOSE: This scope of work is for System Software Quality Engineering Services Tester function to provide Intersystem Cache technical development testing and support for the statewide immunization registry (Florida SHOTS) for the Division of Disease Control and Health Protection. Contractor will provide these services to the Florida Department of Health. 2. TERM: This scope of work will begin on 7/1/2019 or the date on which the purchase order is issued, whichever is later. It will end at midnight, Eastern Time on 6/30/2020. The State of Floridas performance and obligation to pay under this purchase order and any subsequent renewal is contingent upon annual appropriation by the Legislature and satisfactory performance of the Contractor. 5. CONTRACTOR QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: The Contractor must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience: 5.1. 10 years of experience testing systems using Intersystem Cache. 5.2. 10 years of experience in Object and Relational database design. 5.3. 10 years of experience with Mumps coding. 5.4. 10 years of experience with Intersystem Cache, connecting a web server to a Cache Database. 5.5. 10 years of experience testing web-based applications. 5.6. 10 years of experience using Crystal Reports. 5.7. 10 years of experience and expertise in testing and configuring programs that use Soundex Software such as Informatica. 5.8. 10 years of experience using the Rational Unified Process in the development environment. 6. CONTRACTOR RESPONSIBILITIES: 6.1. SERVICE TASKS: Contractor will perform the following tasks in the time and manner specified: 6.1.1. Develop test cases supporting the Florida SHOTS systems per standards set by the Department. 6.1.2. Research technical solutions to issues affecting the systems current ability to perform, and solutions to requirements for enhancements to the system as directed by the Department. Recommended technical solutions shall be provided in formats that are relevant to the issue being communicated, which may include use of Requisite Pro, Clear Quest, and Clear Case. 6.1.3. Assist with pre-testing setup as directed by the Department. As each element of code is ready for release for testing the Contractor will receive code from the developers. 6.1.4. Evaluate post-testing results as directed by the Department. Review of testing findings and report all testing findings to business office. The Contractor will receive testing findings within Requisite Pro and provide responses to test findings with Requisite Pro. 6.1.5. After each release or publication of new code, a final evaluation of the published code is to be conducted to assure that the system is operating as developed and tested as directed by the Department. The evaluation must compare the operation of the release code to the release notes within Requisite Pro. 6.1.6. Profile, laboratory and provide tables as assigned by the Department. Standardize collection and storage of DCHP shared data as directed by the Department. 6.1.7. Document, design and develop plans using Microsoft Word, Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Project or other software, to accomplish the Master Person Index project as assigned by the Departments Health Information Exchange (HIE). Collaborate with DCHP information technology teams as directed by the Department 6.1.8. All work completed during the reporting period is to be documented on a status report form which is provided by the Immunizations Business Office. 6.1.9.
