Highly desired: Microsoft Visual Studio/.NET. 1. Knowledge of terminology and concepts of relational databases, including SQL proficiency; 2. Knowledge of Microsoft Visual Studio/.Net preferred; 3. Knowledge of ORMs, Entity Framework, and n-Hibernate preferred; 4. Experience with the development and maintenance of Software systems dealing with complex financial business processes; 5. Skilled in verbal and written communication, interpersonal, conflict resolution, and customer service; 6. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume, deadline-driven environment; 7. Ability to balance multiple demands and work both independently and as part of a team; 8. Ability to conduct complex systems analysis and translate user requirements into business solutions; 9. Ability to integrate research and best practices into problem avoidance and continuous improvement 10. Ability to effectively communicate and lead development teams; 11.
