Note:

* Interviews for this position will be conducted in person only and will consist of an interview portion and a timed work sample. Local candidates are preferred.

* This job is to be performed onsite, Monday-Friday, during business hours. Telecommuting is not an option for this position.

* Flexibility to work hours between 7:00 AM & 7:00 PM Monday through Friday. Weekend and after-hours work is subject to manager approval, as determined by workload and implementations

Description:

This position will be responsible for providing technical analysis for the AASHTOWare product suite. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Discovery and documentation of current state business processes and system interactions;

• Analyzing customers business needs to develop comprehensive technical requirements and specifications;

• Preparing technical responses, impact assessments, and solution recommendations;

• Analyzing current customizations for compatibility and potential migration into the AASHTOWare SaaS product suite; and

• Collaborating with the product team to support planning and execution of upgrades, enhancements, integrations, and product implementations.

This position serves as a liaison between the business office and the AASHTO Ware product team to ensure alignment of business needs, technical feasibility, and prioritization. The candidate must demonstrate strong organizational skills, advanced technical analysis capabilities, and excellent customer-facing communication skills. They must also be able to translate complex business needs into technical requirements and effectively represent business interests during solution development.

1. Education

Bachelors or Masters Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Information Technology, or another related field is required. Equivalent work experience may substitute for the educational requirement.

2. Experience

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT product development, engineering, or project delivery is required.

2. Experience in the configuration, implementation, or integration with AASHTO Ware suite is preferred.

3. At least 5 years of experience leading cross-functional teams through complex product or technology solution delivery in a high-tech or government environment.

4. Experience coordinating software or system integration activities and ensuring post-deployment support and readiness.

5. Familiarity with agile and iterative delivery methods, backlog grooming, and sprint planning is preferred.

6. Experience working with government procurement and IT project governance (especially Rules 60GG-1 – 60GG-5, Florida Administrative Code) is desirable.
7. Strong communication and presentation experience, especially in conveying product functionality, performance metrics, and delivery progress to business owners and leadership.
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, is required.
9. Experience with SharePoint 365, ServiceNow, and collaborative product planning tools is highly desired. Experience with Microsoft Power BI and Microsoft DevOps is highly desired.
