Submission Deadline: 4/19/2018 10:45 PM Start Date: 4/30/2018 End Date: 6/30/2019 Client: Florida Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) Description: The Florida Department of Environmental Protection (hereinafter referred to as “DEP” or “Department”), Office of Technology and Information Services (OTIS) (“the Customer”), invites selected Contractors to submit proposals in accordance with this Request for Quote (RFQ) for information technology (IT) staff augmentation services. The RFQ will be submitted to eligible Contractors through the MyFloridaMarketPlace-Sourcing 3.0 (eQuote) portal. Only proposals (quotes) submitted and received through the eQuote portal will be considered for the selection process. Contractors submitting a response(s) to this RFQ must comply with all terms and conditions described herein. The purpose of this RFQ is to select one (1) candidate (consultant) to supplement the OTIS Enterprises Applications Services (EAS) team. The selected Contractor consultant will provide systems architecture support to DEPs Salesforce platform. This position will serve as a trusted advisor and contributor to business and IT project strategies on enabling technologies including the Force.com Platform; provide guidance on application and integration development best practices, platform architecture standards, functional and technical solution architecture & design, environment management, testing, and Force.com Platform education; and leverage Salesforce best practices and effectively integrate Salesforce into DEPs infrastructure. REQUIREMENTS: At minimum, this staff augmentation position requires the following qualifications – • Certified Salesforce Technical Architect, Application Architect or Systems Architect • Experience defining and delivering custom Force.com enterprise applications in a technical and/or functional leadership role • Experience with key areas of enterprise architecture, including integration technologies and master data management • Proven results leading and overseeing customer and/or partner success stories in the following domains: development and release management strategies, change management • Proven ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes via technology and integration • Excellent communication skills.
