Description:

Under the direct supervision of the DEO Project Manager, Contractor will assist DEO by providing the expertise necessary through Information Technology Staff Augmentation for Applications Development Analyst services in accordance with the tasks outlined below.

1.1 Minimally Required Deliverables/Tasks

Contractor will assist DEO with the following hourly IT Staff Augmentation Services, also known as non-project oriented IT personnel resources:

A. Applications Development Analyst, Entry - 1250

1) Technical Assessment:
a. Provide ongoing technical assessment of the Project CONNECT software development procedures and practices; 2) Migration and support:
a. Test .Net application code to ensure that system meets all requirements as specified and documented by DEO;
3) A time report must be submitted monthly showing projects/activities worked on each day along with hours spent on each;
4) A status report must be submitted at least monthly showing tasks or activities worked on, attesting to the level of services provided, hours spent on each task/activity and the upcoming major tasks or activities (any issues or risks that may impact the project must also be documented at least monthly);
5) Triage new tickets for high-level estimates of effort;
6) Identify areas of code impacted by new requests;
7) Understand business logic and workflows impacted by new requests;
8) Understand areas of database impacted by new requests;
9) Recommend appropriate Applications Development teams to work ticket (update Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), work with Release Manager and Change
Advisory Board (CAB) Coordinator to channel ticket to appropriate team);
10) Conduct code reviews as requested;
11) Provide guidance on Cross-Functional Work (major enhancements/fixes);
12) Create design specification for large enhancements and projects;
13) Conduct design reviews for smaller enhancements and large fixes;
14) Participate as a member of the Enterprise Architecture Board;
15) Set standards and best practices for Applications Development team; 16) Perform other duties as required;

B. Applications Development Analyst, Advanced - 1250

1) Technical Assessment:
