Submission Deadline: 11/3/2021 12:00 PM EST Start Date: 1/1/2022 End Date : 8/31/2023 Client: Department of Revenue (DOR) Description: Scope of Work Required consultant experience provided by Contractor, shall include: • Minimum of five years experience in information technology, specifically in database management • Advanced knowledge of SAP CRM 7.0, SAP ECC 6.0 and Portal • Experience performing CRM configuration • Experience with Smartforms, Print Workbench, and/or SAP Script • Experience with SAP Financials Contract Accounting (FI/CA) • Experience with Tax Administration Systems – Experience configuring and developing SAP applications for Tax Administration Systems and Process • Experience in SAP Business Partner, SAP Financials Contract Accounting (FI-CA) and Sales and Distribution (SD) • Experience in SAP CRM Activity Management Configuration and Development using BADIs • Experience coding programs and applications using SAP ABAP, SAP Object Oriented ABAP • Experience coding SAP Interface and Conversion programs • Experience creating, developing and publishing SAP Web Services for Non-SAP applications Preferred Experience: • Experience in SAP CRM Web UI Application Development and Configuration • Experience in BRF Plus workbench configuration • Experience in BRF Plus workbench • Experience with SAP UI Logging tool would be an advantage 3.1 Required Duties and Responsibilities of Consultant shall include but are not limited to: • Provide technical leadership to SAP technical team / staff during implementation, maintenance for effort estimates, impact analysis and research • Provide technical recommendations / solutions for enterprise wide projects • Design SAP applications by gathering requirements while working with BAs and Business Process Owners (BPOs) • Map GTA business process to appropriate SAP technology solutions • Assist in leading development staff / team to ensure development quality is maintained as per FDOR standards. • Provide status reporting on assignments • Perform GAP analysis after reviewing requirements during prototype phase to identify required custom development objects • Review and analyze functional specifications / requirement documents / legislative bills to determine system impact and to provide technical solution and to estimate efforts • Provide technical estimates for micro and macro projects • Provide and implement technical solutions using SAP ABAP in ECC, CRM and Portal • ABAP programming • Develop technical specifications • Perform SAP system functionality review when a programming change is made to ensure SAP applications integration is intact • Perform SAP program code reviews • Perform Unit Testing for the programs and applications developed • Mentor lesser experienced Career Service ABAP programmers • Meet with Functional Staff to explain program functionality • Create and Maintain SAP Batch jobs • Troubleshoot incidents and implement solutions to fix them • Research SAP Developers Network, Notes and KBAs (Knowledge Base Articles) for fixes to reported problems • Open SAP Incidents using SAP Support portal for standard SAP related problems • Develop and configure Web UI applications and screens • Experience in BRF Plus workbench   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
