Development and execution of detailed operational plans for improved processes to realize cost efficiencies and operational effectiveness within and across agencies. Work with Interdepartmental team members on disparate but interrelated projects. Provide effective leadership and innovative solutions for improved operational effectiveness, cost-efficiency and customer service and then develop partnered plans to pursue identified change strategies. Manage the Interdepartmental team project business processes that can be used to build, acquire, expose, or reuse interdepartmental services (within and across agencies). Find commonalities in business models and synergistic opportunities (consolidation or capitalization) among new or ongoing client initiatives to take advantage of existing investments or conversely when doing something new ensuring that, where possible, solutions can be leveraged by multiple agency customers. Formulate policies/procedures/work instructions for managing daily operations. Plan the use of materials and human resources. Ensure accountability for program area success. Establish and report metrics that demonstrate progress toward goals. Escalate issues as necessary. Work with client bureaus and platforms to strengthen cross-system collaboration and implement integrated services organization and delivery policies. Responsible for the execution of project efforts assigned to Interdepartmental resources. Maintain regular contact with staff and management to ensure the accurate communication of decisions and recommendations. Qualifications and Experience: Ability to follow written and oral instructions. Ability to read and understand technical publications. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others.
