SAS Developers will be a part of a team with mixed team leads and divisions. This particular need will be necessary to support the Capital Planning team for developing software with the purpose of developing regulatory reports. Review requirements & build reports, develop coding, testing, modify existing reports/create new reports and review based on business feedback. Collaborate with business partners. Analysis of their reports. Be strategic about what data sets to be pulled and what the data means. Provide senior level experience for approaching solutions where data has issues. Key Duties and Responsibilities Collaboratively works with cross-functional teams; including business and data analysts, QA, release/deployment management, and business stakeholders, to create and deploy regulatory reports in a secure and structured IT environment. Heavily assists in the review, analysis, and preparation of detailed business and functional specifications, design models, and system work flows from which regulatory reports will be created and implemented. Supports, troubleshoots, and maintains production and ad-hoc reports as required, optimizing performance, resolving problems, and providing timely follow-up on identified issues. Typically works on reports which are high in scope and complexity. Works collaboratively with cross-functional groups in the analysis, design, creation, testing, and documentation of regulatory reports. Follows report creation standards, architecture strategy and best practices. Identifies and implements continuous process improvement to drive better quality and improved turnaround time for report delivery.
