Responsibilities include managing applications and systems responding to problems and planning for growth. Job Summary: 1. Use of Change Assistant to apply updates and fixes. 2. Experience with PUM Installation and Creating PUM Packages 3. Use of Change Assistant to perform Tools and application upgrade. 4. Monitor applications to optimize performance and resource use. 5. Integration of PeopleSoft applications with other PeopleSoft and non-PeopleSoft applications. 6. Provide advice to applications programmers in troubleshooting, exception processing needs, and other data management issues. 7. Work on complex tasks, projects, or support issues that involve a high level of risk, that impact performance of SAO PeopleSoft applications, or make use of the individuals high level of knowledge within one or more areas of specialty. 8. Install PeopleSoft application software and third party tools and build web server, application server, and process scheduler instances for all PeopleSoft applications. 9. Perform PeopleSoft project migration task and work on project build. 10. Monitor and maintain Security in cooperation with data security administrators. 11. Provide Tier III support for security related issues. 12. Provide After Hours and Weekends Support as and when required. 13. Experience as a “PeopleSoft Upgrader” with skills in refreshing PeopleSoft applications on oracle database, working knowledge in backup/recovery using RMAN, and Tuning PeopleSoft application in Oracle environment. 14. Work will be onsite only. Remote a possibility in near future.
