The incumbent collaborates with the Logged-In My Business and client portals and Logged-Out public website teams as well as the other stakeholders who support digital marketing. This role will capture metrics for Client Enterprise Solutions in the online space and will measure and provide insight that will assist leadership in driving business value. You will be part of the larger Website Analytics and Insights team supporting the VES Marketing organization. Specifically, you will be accountable for all reporting aspects of both Clients Wireless and Wireline KPI activity. This includes pulling, tracking and analyzing reports on a weekly and monthly basis. Executive reporting plays a key role and you will have the opportunity to show what you can do through research and exploration for special analytics projects. You will also be responsible to provide the so what of the data in regards to what it means and how we can interpret it to help make decisions on projects, campaigns and programs to drive business results. The chosen candidate is key to helping the team understand the challenge at hand and helping to frame the solution. Responsibilities: Responsible for Website Analytics and Insights for VES Digital Marketing Accountable for all reporting aspects Pull, track and analyze reports on a weekly and monthly basis for utilization and make recommendations for improvement and identify gaps. Offer insights as a result of deep analysis making suggestions for next steps. Develop Executive reporting on monthly basis Pull and analyze data for customer campaigns to ensure the right customers are contacted; develop necessary reporting to measure success. Provide read-outs on campaign results and make recommendations to modify content and call-to-action that will drive open rate and activity. Partner with IT to develop reporting needs Collaborate with report stakeholders to understand the reasons behind reporting requests and help to frame the opportunity Work with the management team to understand how Clients results measure against objectives Participate in the development of action plans on project, programs and campaigns. Perform checks and balances with other stakeholders to ensure consistency and where not, offer ideas for revisions Qualifications: Bachelors Degree 5+ years in Data Analysis, high SQL skills and building/execution of data queries. 5+ years marketing and/or operations experience or equivalent 2+ years Project Management experience, including experience directing cross-functional and/or cross-area projects Consider it a plus if you have a Wireless background with experience in the B2B space and Data Warehousing Experience in campaign work a plus. Understanding of formal and informal company networks using this knowledge to accomplish our goals Keen analytical mind and knows how to look at data across a broad set of data sources Proven ability to not just report but to explain Ability to assess information and develop ideas on how to correct and improve.
